The awards this year were judged and presented during the IMTA/MSIA/ANZMS conference in Brisbane, 8-11 July. Geographx entered a new oblique orthographic map of Tongariro National Park and was flattered to win not only the Gold for Best Sheet Map, but also the Graham Stanton Award for Best Map Product overall.
The Geographx map now goes into a three-way competition with the winning map products from Europe/Africa and the Americas. This will be decided in Albuquerque, New Mexico in early September.
