Enquiries about our Cartographic Services

If you would like us to offer advice or provide a quote, please provide short answers to the following questions….

1. What is the purpose of the map?
2. Who is the target audience?
3. How will the map be presented?
4. What is the geographical area of interest?
5. Is there a preference for a 2D (plan) map or a 3D (oblique) map?
5. What are the required map dimensions (print – mm x mm, digital – pixels x pixels)
6. What is the preferred orientation (portrait or landscape)

Our Terms of Trade


a) The commissioning of a map or purchase of map data does not in itself imply transfer of any copyright or intellectual property.

b) Digital products purchased from Geographx may only be on-supplied to a third party where specifically authorised by Geographx.

c) The authorised on-supply of product to a third party may be subject to a formal licencing agreement with specific terms and conditions.

d) Geographx reserves the right to brand its maps or otherwise be acknowledged for works that it creates.


a) Pricing is exclusive of GST unless indicated otherwise.

b) Pricing for cartographic services includes provision for two rounds of client review.

c) Pricing for cartographic services does not include the cost of printing, laminating or mounting unless expressly stated.

d) Quotes remain valid for 30 days.

Delivery of Goods

a) Digital products will be delivered by email attachment or ftp upload where practicable.

b) Printed products will be consigned via post unless otherwise agreed.


a) Invoice/statements will be emailed to clients following the delivery of goods or services.

b) Payment is requested within 7 days of  receipt of invoice.

d) Progress payments may be requested for projects spanning more than 30 days.

e) Our preferred means of payment is direct credit to a nominated company bank account.

f) Credit/Debit cards may be used to purchase map posters from our online shop. Geographx does not accept payment by Eft-pos.

Disclaimer/Limitation of Liability

a) Geographx makes no representations and gives no warranties that the maps or map data that it sources or supplies are free from errors, omissions or inaccuracies.
