Licencing / Use of data
a) The commissioning of a map or purchase of map data does not imply transfer of any copyright or intellectual property.
b) Digital product purchased from Geographx may only be copied or published and on-supplied to a third party where authorised by Geographx.
c) The authorised on-supply of product to a third party may be subject to a formal licencing agreement with specific terms and conditions.
d) Geographx reserves the right to brand its maps or otherwise be acknowledged for works that it creates.
Pricing / Quotes
a) Pricing is exclusive of GST unless indicated otherwise.
b) Pricing for cartographic services includes provision for two rounds of client review.
c) Pricing for cartographic services does not include the cost of printing, laminating or mounting unless expressly stated.
d) Quotes remain valid for 30 days.
Delivery of Goods and Services
a) Digital products will be delivered by email attachment or ftp download where practicable.
b) Printed products will be consigned via post unless otherwise agreed.
Invoicing / Payments
a) Invoices will be emailed to clients following the delivery of goods or services.
b) Geographx does not issue statements of account.
c) Terms are payment by the 20th of the month following.
d) Progress payments may be requested for projects spanning more than 30 days.
e) The preferred means of payment for services rendered is direct credit to a nominated bank account. Payment by cheque or cash is also acceptable.
f) Credit/Debit cards may be used to purchase map posters from our online shop. Geographx does not currently accept payment by Eft-pos.

a) Geographx makes no representations and gives no warranties that map data it sources or supplies is free from errors, omissions or other inaccuracies.
